I mainly use the 1V HS and the 5D Mark II.
If anyone is thinking about getting their first DSLR I would definitely recommend the Canon Rebel T5i. I started with the T1i and it's really a great entry-level camera. For the cost of the camera it takes very high quality photos.
I just got the 1V HS and I'm really impressed with it. I actually expected the 5D Mark II to be quite a better than the 1V HS because it's so much newer, but the 1V HS has really earned it's "1." Everything about the 1V HS is really top quality.
This picture is not the best quality because my good cameras are in the picture. Haha. XD
